To thank our customers and the IT community in general, we created a webpage and movement for people all over the world to show their appreciation for IT engineers. The site was simple: 1) upload a pic of an IT friend, coworker, or otherwise. 2) write a little thank you note. 3) tag them on social.

Results: 492 images submitted. 27,384 social engagements. 11,283 website visits, and a 7-word note of appreciation from CEO, Rami Rahim, in what was Juniper's most successful social campaign to date.

To educate and promote Juniper's "Cloud-Grade Networking" architecture, we created a fictional character. A literal cloud explorer, transmitting a series of messages back to the IT community from the frontier of cloud technology.
Juniper NXTWORK 2016
A social idea to boost attendance at Juniper's annual NXTWORK conference in San Francisco. With the insight that a vast majority of IT network engineers would like to attend the event—but are hesitant to request permission from their managers to foot the bill—we created an ice-breaker post for engineers to tag their boss and drop the perfect-amount-of-subtle hint. [Note: Rami Rahim, Juniper's CEO, is well-known within IT circles]

Lab Madness Tournament 2016
Coinciding with NCAA Basketball's March Madness tournament, we had a geekier tournament of our own, just for IT engineers. We instructed Juniper customers to submit a picture of their company's network hardware lab, which went up against a UGC rival's lab, with users voting a winner for each bracket-style matchup.
